How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email address. No password is required — we use a one-time passcode sent to your email.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Open your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at info@latobi.co.jp. We will delete your account and all associated data.
What is AI coaching?
Pickle Pocket uses AI to provide personalized pickleball strategy advice, drill suggestions, and tactical coaching. Free users get 3 AI chats per day; Premium subscribers get 30 per day.
