These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pickle Pocket (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

Pickle Pocket is a mobile application that provides AI-powered pickleball coaching. It offers features including tactical guides, drill plans, strategy quizzes, and AI chat on iOS.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Please provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers a free plan and a premium subscription.
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are processed according to Apple’s refund policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Accessing the App or its content through automated means.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate coaching advice. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical or athletic training advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including tactics, drills, quizzes, and court diagrams, is the property of Pickle Pocket and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the App or following advice provided through it.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
